The Brook Street Band Friends

Fees from promoters, box office income and grants only cover a percentage of the income required for The Brook Street Band to undertake its yearly programme. Support from our growing family of Friends is vital, and during recent seasons this boosted the outreach work of the Band through education programmes in East Anglia, funding rehearsal space and the hire or harpsichords and chamber organs, and contributed towards the love: Handel festivals. Friends support also enabled research which formed the backbone of new programmes, podcasts, YouTube films and illustrated pre-concert talks.

If you love Handel  and baroque music, and are interested in supporting our work, there are several ways you can help us on a regular basis, either annually or monthly, by filling in the form at the bottom of the page. If you’d like to make a one-off donation, please visit the Donate page.

We really value your input, both financially and just as importantly, as a like-minded community of music-lovers, passionate about Handel and baroque music.

Over the past 3 years, funds from charitable trusts and our Special Supporters have enabled The Brook Street Band to expand its work in new and innovative ways, commissioning new works and working across different arts platforms, combining newly-written texts and choreography.

Our Special Supporters also play a vital role in facilitating the youth strand of our love: Handel festival, bringing Handel’s music to a new audience in East Anglia via an extensive Norfolk schools’ programme.

Please email Tatty Theo via if you’d like to hear more about the difference you could make to our work as a Special Supporter.
